These terms apply to the Era Bookline online store operated by Era Bookline Sdn. Bhd. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Refund and Returns Policy before placing an order.
Products and information
Our store offers books and related publications described on the product pages. Please check the title, edition, language, format and quantity before ordering. Product photographs show the actual books. The books sold are older stock, but remain in good and usable condition. Please contact Admin before purchasing if you need more information about a book. This does not limit your rights to receive goods that match their description.
Prices and checkout
Prices are displayed in Malaysian ringgit (MYR). Applicable discounts, delivery charges and any other charges must be shown in your order summary before you confirm payment. Promotions are subject to their published conditions and availability. Please review the total and delivery details before placing your order.
Orders, payment and availability
Provide accurate contact and delivery information. Payment is made using the methods available at checkout, including Billplz when displayed. A payment confirmation records the payment status; dispatch remains subject to order processing and stock availability. If we cannot fulfil an item, or discover a pricing or product information error affecting your order, we will contact you about the available options and any refund due. We will not substitute a different title or charge an additional amount without your agreement.
Delivery
Delivery availability and charges depend on the destination and options offered at checkout. Any delivery estimate communicated for an order is an estimate unless expressly confirmed otherwise. Contact us if your parcel is delayed, missing or marked delivered but not received, so we can investigate with the delivery provider. Please check your delivery address carefully and contact us promptly if it needs correction.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Please read our official Refund and Returns Policy for the replacement conditions and return procedure. Exchanges after purchase are not permitted, subject to the replacement cases stated in that policy for incorrect titles, torn books or books lost due to the delivery company. Era Bookline bears the shipping costs for those replacements. Books must be returned with the payment receipt within 14 days; the return process takes 1 to 14 working days after the return is made. For refund or cancellation enquiries, contact Admin at 03-77822558 or bookline.era@gmail.com. Nothing in these terms removes applicable consumer rights.
Website use and accounts
Use the store lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit fraudulent orders or publish unlawful content. If you use an account, keep your login details confidential and notify us if you suspect unauthorised use. Purchasing books does not transfer the copyright in their content; copying or distribution remains subject to the rights holder’s permission and applicable law.
Personal information and external services
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Payment providers and external marketplaces operate under their own terms and privacy notices. An order placed on another marketplace is managed through that marketplace’s purchase and support process.
Applicable law and changes
These terms are governed by applicable Malaysian law. Nothing here excludes a right, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may update these terms for future orders; changes will not retrospectively remove rights relating to an existing order. The date above identifies this version.
